Mazel Tov to Joc Pederson (Dodgers) and Ryan Sherriff (Rays) for making it to the World Series. Pederson has been with the Dodgers all season and playoffs after an offseason near trade. Sherriff was up and down but was added to the World Series roster. If Sherriff and Pederson face off it would be the first time in Major League Baseball World Series history that a Jewish pitcher pitched to a Jewish hitter. We were one batter away in game three from this becoming a reality.
